Who is HFC International Studies? HFC International Studies was formed and is managed by Huguette F. Benko. She is an experienced language educator and has a deep understanding of the process of language learning. She herself is trilingual. She is also a seasoned professional in the tourism industry including 15 years with the airline Air France.
