How to register?

As soon as you know the program you are interested in, we suggest that you contact HFC as soon as possible.

To register:

1. You can obtain the registration form online.

2. Complete it, sign it, and send it back to HFC.

3. You will receive an invoice. To secure your registration, please send your payment to HFC.

Payment

Please send your payment with direct bank transfer payable to HFC. You can also pay by a credit card over the phone or by fax.

To secure your registration, please send the following payments:

- Registration fee
- Full tuition fee

Please check the Refund policy before registering.

HFC Privacy Policy:
Your personal information will not be sold or given to any third party. We do no share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete your subscription.

Do you need a Visa?

Before coming to Canada to study you MUST check with your local Canadian Consulate or Embassy if you need a visa.

Letter of Acceptance

Once your Registration and Tuition Fees have been received at HFC, we will fax or email you the Letter of Acceptance to be presented to the Canadian Consulate for the Student Visa.


REMEMBER to keep the Letter of Acceptance with you when you come to Canada in case the Canadian Immigration Officials ask to see it when you arrive.

If the request for a visa is refused, you must return the original copy of the Letter of Acceptance from the school and a copy of the Letter of Rejection from Canadian Immigration in order to receive a refund.

* If you wish to visit the United States during your stay in Canada you must get a US visa in your country.

Medical Insurance

Medical treatment is expensive in Canada. Medical Insurance is mandatory for all students. You can purchase your Medical Insurance:
- in your own country
- or on your arrival in Vancouver (CDN$ 2 per day).
